on the first shot, because the bird seems to be looking down, you could have put him highter in the image, to have them looking out through the opposite corner.
And the flower could be either way tighter shot, or off centre.
And I’m just being picky! your doing pretty good for a newbie, keep it up!
I find as a general rule of thumb it’s best to get to the subjects level, particularly with wildlife photography. It’s a lovely shot nonetheless! The flower shot I can’t really say anything about, looks just fine to me, as I always say, it comes down to personal preference with a good majority of composures. :)
