Night shoot.

We’ve a new moon on the 30 Jan and I’m hoping to get out for a few hours for some Astrophotography, I’ve been reliably informed that we’ll have a beautiful clear sky on that night :lol: .
Just wondering would anyone else be interested, East Cork / West Waterford area.

Bit far for me to travel Dave, but I hope to do the same up this end if
I can find a suitable dark sky area with a good view of the south east,
As I would like to get the Milky Way. Fingers crossed for a clear night!Ah your no fun, it’s not that far to travel. The southeast works for me, plenty of coast line facing the southeast down here.

I am back in Dublin, have been for the past few weeks.
If I am back in Cork on the 30th I will definitely be interested.Adrian
Would love to get out for this but unless I can swing the Friday off work I’m stuck in Dublin unfortunately. Might try and get out of town and get shots though.
