Nikon 18-200mm not foucsing at 200mm

Hi

My Nikon 18-200mm lens is not focusing at 200mm. it works fine through the rest of the range, just not at 200mm.
Has anyone else had the same problem at with the above mentioned lens, and if so, can you tell me how it was fixed, or where you needed to send it to get repaired ? also, was it costly
