Nikon D3X rumor

A friend was talking to a Nikon rep and was told to watch the Internet sights on Monday morning…! He reckons its a D3x with 24 megapixels…! Being a Canon user this is music to my ears. Hopefully it’ll light a fire under Canons arse a bit…!!!!!

I’m down in the Nikon Intelligence Bunker I built underneath the Centra next door and am detecting significant, synchronous chatter on the wire. Something big is on the cards and now all the Nikon global sites are down, I think this is the big one alright. Finally, the launch of the new NikoPentaCanoLympus, the camera the world should wait forever for. Anyway, the D3X is apparently featured in the latest Nikon Pro mag, 24.5 MP, 10MP DX mode, ISO 100-1600 (no doubt with Hi-1 and Hi-2), ‘unique’ sensor and low-pass filter, 5fps 24MP, 7FPS in DX mode.
