Nikon D7000 Focus Issues

Any D7000 owners out there with “back focus ” problems, especially when shooting sport.

A full res original, the ref is perfectly focused; the two main protagonists are not. The focus point was on them!

    Lens was Sigma 70-200 f2.8

Any chance any D7000 owners might be pout there?

    Cheers

Sorry for not responding sooner. The camera does seem to “back focus” with some lenses, especially my Sigma 70-200 f2.8…and this is very annoying. I have fine tuned it to a setting of Minus 10 and it improved it but will be trying it out over this weekend to see if it needs more tuning. Pity there does seem to be a problem with a lot of them, as yes, it is a lovely camera to use!
