    wow! really beautiful!

was it that intense to the eye or is it a result of a longer exposure that makes it so bright? (ive never had the privilege of seeing the aurora!)

my only crit would be that as a part of the set it would be nice to have an image in which a little more of the foreground featured, in order to have a bit more context… the lump of hillside? in the first makes me want to see more… although i respect that one has to make sacrifices with available focal lengths…

regardless they are very nice, it must have been a lovely sight!

Two very nice shots of an amazing natural event, hopefully one day I might get an opportunity. The stars in your first image are stunning as is the beautiful colours. I’d go agree with Isabella with regard to foreground interest.

So jealous, I travelled to Norway to see the lights and no show! I would love to go to Iceland.

thanks for the comments guys, had to crop foreground as other people were encroaching into that space(no matter how many times they were asked not to grr) but was just delighted to see the lights on the last night of the short break
Jenny sorry you did not get to see them hopefully next time and that’s another off the bucket list for me.
