Nude photography won’t be allowed on the site for the forseeable future.
Thats a load of. I can finally stop asking people to undress.
MarkKeymasterFolks this thread started in 2007.
There has been an Art Nude forum on the site for quite some time now.
This is announced at the time of its creation. As was mentioned then people need to apply via PM for access to it.PeteTheBlokeMemberMark wrote:

I missed that. Are you telling me there are forums full of flaunted flesh on
this very website and I didn’t even know?nfl-fanParticipantI recall it being discussed… but I don’t remember a formal announcement.
2007.. 2009.. it’s always good to talk.

Same here. After my puritanical comments on the subject I’d be scared to ask for
access. Mind…. I was younger then, maybe it would be safe for a man of
my advanced years to look at porn.PeteTheBlokeMembernfl-fanParticipantI’ve a strange feeling we might not be wearing the appropriate attire to enter that particular establishment.

Dont remember a formal announcement either
To be honest I find it a bit sad that there is a hidden group that people must “Apply” for. I thought Ireland had grown up about these things it being 2009 and all that, but obviously not. As has been said this has been discussed and a decision was made
Was wondering in the last while why the People section had gone down hill at a rate of knots. I understand now why.
At a minimum the group should be shown with all other groups, that way people will know that it is there and can ask to join. At the moment for new members they will know nothing of this and will have to hear by word of mouth about the “Secret PI Group”
All the best

 well if your avatar is anything to go by……….

I’m changing that avatar today… too controversial.

About time you changed that a pic of the hoff in his underbags just doesn’t do it for me.
nfl-fanParticipantaoluainParticipantHmmmmmm just wondering how to start my 2 cents . . . .
I think in general everyone’s point makes sense to some degree.
If you can click on google and within 2 seconds you have more results on NUDE PHOTOGRAPHY
than you could look at, why do we need it on PI?I would’nt mind either way whether it was an open section in the critique forum and I hav’nt missed it
so far, but I think as The Bloke stated in his first post that the boundries would be over stepped
at some stage. Anyway how do you define boundries? This type of photography [in my opinion] is certainly not black and white, there is a gradual merger
between Art Nude, Glamour and Porn. Dont get me wrong I can appreciate the human form in whatever
way presented particularly the female form :)I think Mark is right in some regards to have a ban on a certain type of picture but I think it should
be a visible section in the critique forum, with limited access, surely there can be a password protected
section manufactured? it would be in th critique section so photographers specialising in that field
or beginners or whatever would know that they can post their work but at the same time
not freely accessable to all. much the same as it is at the moment but with a visible presence. Now having said all that and being mindfull of Marks current stand on the Art Nude theme and with no offence
to you mark, just my opinion . . .It is 2009, the catholic church does’nt have the same thumb on our forehead as it once did, SUGGESTIVE
material is freely accessable from Radio, roadside and printed advertising, t.v, and of course the internet,
our 14 year old knows more about sex, drugs and rock & roll that most of us knew when we were 18, and she
knew that at 13!Does it really need to be censored so?
Difficult one!
nfl-fanParticipantIt’s all been discussed before Alan… and I think it’s water under the bridge now.
There is a nude forum, it’s hidden from the general public and you have to apply for access.
Fine with me… I just don’t think it was ever formally announced… so if you weren’t on the grapevine you’d be none the wiser… thus your post.
