Very nice set Brian. Really like these esp the last 2. Would love to see more of the cab in colour.

    Hi Brian,

Some nice snaps from the holliers all right.

I love the 1st and last ones the best.

The first one has nice tones and is a nice composition. i would like to see the same image without
the pillar in the foreground though.

The last one is really good, nice angle of view, nice mood.

the thire one could doo with a bit of brightening but its a really nice image.

    Good work

I like the first & last also, though would agree re the post for the first.

For the last photo: How did you get this angle? Traffic lights? Its a great show, very ‘New York’ although it doesn’t have any of the obvious landmarks.

wow thanks for all the nice comments. Sorry about the darkness, I’ve gotten that comment about another picture I posted as well. Maybe I need to get my screen calibrated.

Yeah was just crossing the road and got down on one knee in front of the cab. I love the steam coming from the shore. Very New York I thought. Thought I might get a few odd looks but you have to do something really over the top to get noticed in New York.

Went for the processing because the weather was crap and the colour version looks very dull. The bridge reminds me of the old gangster movies with all the shady deals going on so that’s why I tried to do the old look to the picture.

    Thanks again for the comments
    Brian
