I dont know what yous are all complaining about you should be at the back
with me I am doing 16.5k and the wind is only 14k :) !! have gained 1000s
of places (dont know how seeing as only Denverdoll is behind me, making
some very pretty patterns in the surf)

Anyway have to abandon ship again as off on my travels again next week
…..this real travelling really gets in the way of the virtual travelling and even
worse the co-pilot is coming with me this time so I really have to let it drift.

Avast me heartys and may the wind be in your sails and not in your kaks :)

Heres a thing, I noticed on the ranking that there is 0 miles travelled against my boat
with 2893 miles to the goal……….does that mean I have been going in the wrong direction?
am I a ghost ship? Is all this angst for nothing?????

I wouldn’t count on that just yet, Brian, think it’s going to be really close.
Think I’m going to end up spending some time stuck between changing wind directions in about 24 hours.

I wished I’d known about that earlier – one of the grannies was skint, one fought back and one made a pass at me and I ended up running away. Not to worry, though, there was an ould fella selling poppies so I stole his colelction box. Should be all right now.

Can anyone get on at the moment? Their servers seem to have crashed.

When the servers came back on, Andy found out long before I did.
Did he text me? Did he email me? Did he make any attempt to tell me?
Did he hell? He turned his boat, overcame my 6 mile lead and left me
floundering 75 miles in his wake. Git!

You shouldn’t have been sleeping at the wheel Captain Pete.

I tried my mobile but I’m in the middle of the Sperrins Ocean here.

I’ll have a flask of tea waiting for you in Cape Town.
