Did I tell everyone that I’m the new “leader of the pack”?
Just thought I’d mention it.[lecture] I always said “north wins it” and all the leading boats came from there. The problem is, most of you are slaves to your ranks and get your underpants in a knot as soon as you see your rank nosediving in the short term. Many of you initially headed south and made the same mistake on the restart. Then you made the same mistake a third time around the final bouy. Shame. [/lecture]
You could’ve saved yourself some time typing by simply saying “Follow the leaders”.
Indeed, it’s not rocket science.
It’ just that you chose the wrong leaders at the wrong time.

Someday I’ll take a leg seriously.. from start to finish.. but now living in an internet free zone is a real disadvantage as it does require at least 3 touches a day… possibly more if you’re one of them imsomniacer peoples.

Well p-off with this game. Waited last night for the winds to change, set course (no auto-pilot here) and headed for the bunk.
Logged on this morning only to find that I hadn’t moved all night! – and was surrounded by 100s of boats. Now, either:
– the wind changed (real-life possibility that has not happened before, I think) or
– the servers crashed trying to resolve so many people running the same parameters through the system’s algorithm engine.
In any case, the slender opportunity I had yesterday has vanished.

Now we know who really wears the pants in that house.
Ever since I first read about Andy McInroy’s amazing exploits I’ve never worn pants since.
Instead I opted for a kilt in the hope that someday I’ll be just like my mighty Scottish hero and my name will be mentioned in the company of other Scot legends such as The Proclaimers, Jockey Wilson, Leon Jackson, Michelle McManus, Rab C. Nesbitt and Mel Gibson to name but a few.
