Well Ali,
you have surprised me, if you keep going at this pace ull no longer be in demand for modelling – but as a photographer, very well done shot superb lighting and exceptionally well put together in photoshop, as u know i never read the reviews, but i cannot avoid the one above the post, and would have to say that if the contrast was higher between the shoes and the dress then it wouldnt work half aswell. Ali i know ur a bit of a smartass, but i have to say your earning the right to be. (god that kills me to say that)AnonymousParticipantHi Ali
For me its got editorial stamped all over it,and because of so you are dead right to let your imagination run riot! I like the way the natural curve of the models chest is in tangent with the curve of the heel, the lighting is striking and gives a mood to the shot. I would think that its more elegent rather than fetish…
Ben 8)Not Pete the blokeParticipantAliParticipantThanks a mil guys , i have that ambitious streak in me, which will probably turn out to be the bane of my life :D
I’m dying to get into more editorial work with a view to getting published. I’ll be honest, i think alot of photographers lack that level of
motivation or ambition and and happy to keep it as a hobby which is great, but not for me!!. Curse being a gemini :)JohnnyMcMillanParticipantYeah it would be nice seeing more editorial style shots on forum. Has a certain feel that it is a hobby for some, but different strokes for different folks
nolongerParticipantIt’s an interesting shot. Not feeling the background at all, really, tho it does fit the “little red riding hood” nicely :) The only thing about the shot itself is that the model’s right hand is really distracting me… I keep looking at it to try and see more detail, due to it being slightly darker than the rest.
AliParticipantthanks a mil antifuse. I’m definitely going to revisit this shot and have a play around with the background and make the image a little bit cleaner. I’ll have a
go at adjusting the right hand. I think it might make the foreground a bit busy but i will see how it goes. Thanks again.SodafarlMemberAli wrote:
Thanks Sodafarl, the shoes are in the corset :D. I think more contrast between the shoes and corset would be good alright.
Am I allowed to say lucky shoes    . Seriously I love the picture and not knowing a lot I can only comment on what I see.

Thanks Soda, :) Lucky shoes indeed! Delighted you like it.
Ali must admit I felt a bit of a heel saying that. And yes no more from me.
SodaAliParticipantfstop89564ParticipantBeing new to this site I am trying to play catch up on some old post………..and I will say I like this shot……….Nothing to slap around with……….just like it…..
p.s. I have tried to link to your site to no avail………..any suggestions Ali?
AliParticipantHey Tim,
Thanks for the comments :) My site is down at the moment, trying to get the time to re-do it.
for the time being you can see some of my work here.PaddyJoeParticipantthis is such a class photo ali. i totally love it to bits.
if you wanted to improve it one tiny little bit i think you should of gone for red nail varnish or paint. maybe someone on this forum can show you how to add it in with photosop.
