I have a couple of niggles with the image, I think it looks a little bit dark and flat, the colour is ok
not sure if this is from colour caste from filter or added, it does have a purple/magenta hue to it.
The jetty seems to be in no mans land, I wonder would it have been better to start at the bottom of
the frame with the first posts? Kind of feel that there is not enough space at the top and a bit to
much at the bottom. I dont mean to sound so critical and I hope you dont take it to heart, it is just
    my observations and opinions.

I agree with Jenny. the angle of view is too upright. Get down on your knees (or stomach) to get a better viewpoint. Also there is definitely an unnatural purple hue to the image and too dark. If its taken in RAW try taking 3 or 5 differently exposed jpegs from it -2, -1, 0, +1, +2 and HDR and tone mapping it to see if you can get a better exposure out of it.
