As photOvidiu says Smugmug or Zenfolio for JPEGs. The Smugmug “Vault” allows RAWs, but costs based on storage.
The advantage of using one of these for backup, is that you can also view the images online.
However, if you just want to store RAWs and data, then have a look at Mozy or Amazon S3 (using Jungle Disk as a front end).
