Very nice image, Could be considered a social commentary on America at the moment. I like how the faded flag is pinned between the Chinese shops and then the imported cars from Japan and Germany. Also the fire escape to the top of the flag looks like it is broken. I like your choice of shutter speed, it makes you focus on the static objects rather than the people, if they were sharp I would be looking at the expressions more than anything else.
