Opinions on this camera please ?

Sorry for my lack of posts since I joined. I haven’t had the time with school work and the likes as I’m sitting my leaving cert soon. I’m only a very very amatuer photography but I have a keen interest in it. My current camera is a Samsung Wb100. I know it isn’t the best camera out there by any matter of means but it does me just fine. It is my 2nd camera in the last 6 months or so and I’m getting a bit tired of it now and I would like to upgrade but keep it relatively cheap at the same time. Anyways I’ll be finished school in a few weeks and I’m hoping to have a few weeks work during the summer and I was looking on ebay and spotted the camera in the link below. Has anyone had any experiences with them and are there many lenses that can be attached to them other than the one in the pictures. Oh and most importantly are they good value for money ? Or is there any cameras be it 2nd hand or new in the €300-€350 price range that would be a good upgrade from my current camera.
