I decided it’s time that I posted something before Noely completely takes over the macro section. :wink: :wink: :wink:
Orange Tips from earlier in the week. Canon 20D, Sigma 150mm, ring flash. 1/80, f16, iso 100, -2/3ev C & C as always welcome.
Depth of field is spot on and pin sharp , how did you manage to get two at the one time.Where were they taken.Love the background
Thanks for the feedback John. The two of them are together because they are busy ‘at it’! Shot was taken in my garden. Orange tips will be common for the next few weeks and then you won’t see one until next April.

Great shooting, when I’m rich I’ll get a ring flash and a dedicated macro lens.I haven’t seen an orange tip in my locale for about 2 years :wink:

Thanks for the feedback. Only recently started using the 150mm with the ring flash and a ball head on a monopod and it has definitely improved sharpness.
