Outdoor industrial location

Hey folks,
Im looking to do a fashion shoot soon and want to do the shoot outside in an abanoned or industrial type yard in the Dublin area. Any idea’s of good spots?
The shoot will be at dusk so I am looking for somewhere that is very safe and somewhere that will not have much disruption in terms of passers by etc.
Any idea’s where?

cookstown industrial estate off the belgard road tallaght has plenty of empty factorys
If you want something industrial, what about a construction site instead of an abandoned building? There are some unfinished buildings near Santry Business Park.
PS: What do you mean by “very safe”? Are you afraid of possible accident/injury or attack by a homeless/squatter/junkie/…?
