Paris – any suggestions?

Hey guys,
heading to paris tomorrow for a couple days, anybody have any ideas for areas/things that would make good subject?

Paris is a great city. There’s the usual suspects like Notredame, the Louvre, the Champs Elysee, and the Eiffel tower. Notredame and the Louvre are right bang in the middle of Paris, along with the Tullerie Gardens, so you will no doubt see them at some point.
The Eiffel Tower is great at night, and all lit up. The Pont Neuf bridge is not too far from Notredame, and in warmer weather is a serious spot for picnicking at night, and to rival most high end restaurants, with the effort many people put in.
The Pompidou centre is worth a look in, and quite a funky building. Also there is a photographic centre/ gallery spread over 3 floors and I really enjoyed catching an Annie Leibovitz retrospective when I was there. Well worth a look.
If you’re anywhere near the Luxembourg Gardens, there’s 2 ice cream vendors there that unreal, where you can get flavours as exotic as rosemary, etc.
The central region along the banks of the Seine are quite nice too, and very picturesque. Also, check out some of the arrondissement, such as Montmarte, and the African region (can’t remember the specific arrondissement).
The best places for great images, aside from the typical tourist trail shots are definitely around the different arrondissements, which showcase the real character of Paris, so would definitely recommend spending some time researching the different character of those.

Thank you! i have 4 nights there so im going to try get around as much areas as possible and hopefully work my way through a fair few rolls of film!

Can’t say I’m not envious, but I am getting away to Berlin at the end of the month, so can’t complain too much :)
