I would like to get an old fashion type photo shoot for my friend in Glendalough, do I need any permissions for that?

Not sure I understand your question.

    Can you elaborate?

Heh, thats just my ”perfect” english :)
Eg, if I want to do a photoshoot in Glendalough Co Wicklow, do I need any permissions for that?

Just an example, if i want to take pictures in private property, church etc, i need permissions for that, but what about Glendalough Co Wicklow? there is plenty of tourists, in case, that some of them want to report me for something ( just an example)?!

Really, it’s down to whoever owns/manages the land.

Glendalough.ie is managed by the Brockagh Resource Centre (use Google). You can always ask them for permission.

In general, as long as you are not obstructing others and walkways, you should be able to do it.

It never hurts to ask, and in general, you’ll get a positive response.
