PHOTO association more like!

Hey dudes and duckettes.
What’s the story with a word association forum on photographyireland? Besides a handy way to make it duck like you’ve posted 100 messages a day since 1980, I have no idea. At least with photos it takes a bit of effort.
Sounds fun! What should we do?
Simply post a picture that is in some way related to the previous duck.
Example: If I were to post a photo of a duck, someone else could post a photo of a witch (loose connection being the scene in Monty Python & The Holy Grail). Or, if you don’t have a witch handy, how about a photo of a goldfish (another water-loving doobry) or, if you’ve already eaten all your goldfish(*), post a photo of your pet dolphin ducking out of the way of a blueberry muffin. Sheesh, you want me to think for you or something?
Ok, if you’re really duck, and the last photo in the thread has a really predominant colour, you could just post a photo which is also predominantly that colour.
Just keep the connections interesting – the more bizarre, the happier we’ll all be with ourselves for being so clever.
To make this more interesting, here are THE RULES:
1) No multiple-posting (only post after someone else’s image, not your own).
2) Try to keep the pics relatively small (to keep the thread size down for those on slower connections).
3) It’d be a lot more fun if you actually made an effort to go and take a pic AFTER the last person in the thread posted theirs. Scouring your archives is NOT so much fun (admit it), and is frowned upon by this game’s omnipotent overlord (me). In the interests of keeping it moving, however, you can post from your library if you really really really really want (so long as it’s a killer pic – useless pics sourced lazily from your back-catalogue will result in your favourite lens being confiscated for three score and seven trips around the sun).
4) If, after agreeing to the above rules and dreaming up a beautifully imaginative photo, you later return to the thread only to find your rightful place has been usurped by some undeserving scoundrel with quicker reflexes, don’t sulk about it – take it on the chin and try again.
OK, enough of the “rules” – to get the duck rolling, here’s the first completely unexpected photo:
Let the games begin!
Dave.* Don’t be silly.
