Photo Review Softrware

Hi,

Can anyone recommend good software for reviewing and grading pictures (free or inexpensive)? I have Photoshop elements and Nikon View NX but they are both too slow. I also use Picasa but its only allows you to mark photos with a star. Jpeg capabilities only would be fine.

If you want to stick with picasa you can great an album for each rating (eg 5stars, 4stars, 3stars…) and then just add each photo to the appropriate album.
