Photo used twice

I had a photo in a national paper re a court case. I got paid OK. But they used my photo again inthe report of the appeal. I only found out when someone pointed it out to me. So how do I stand now. Am i entitled to a payment for each use or a reduced payment for the second and subsequent if any?
And how does it work if a photo is used on the paper website but not the physical paper
“Did you sell it as Rights Managed or Royalty free?
I sold it as my copyright in that it had “copyright my name”. What wording would i need to have a royalty?
