Photogram Event – Any interest?

Here’s what was sent to Gizzo…
Combined with the fact that I didn’t have access to the mobile numbers…
I was also too ashamed to call Zoltan to tell him I wouldn’t make it… so I txt instead.
It was the son’s birthday on Friday with a party on Saturday.
We bought him a Nintendo Wii. We were playing for about 7 hours on Friday and 8 on Saturday.
Then too much sun on Saturday afternoon at the kids party.
I was absolutely in bits on Sunday… every bone in my body ached… no joke. I felt like crap.
Then it turns out it was Father’s Day… I forgot… and there was a surprise in store (breakfast in bed) planned by the son that I had to be there for.
I do apologize…

No, we were prepared to hear that you will cancel in the last minute. We didn’t miss you at all. You didn’t cause any inconvenience, although the girls were very disappointed.

Was great to meet Alessia and George.
It was really interesting to see and discuss different techniques of development and also get a more indepth view
of Zoltans photogram process.
It might look an incredibly easy thing to do, and granted, the actual print process is not difficult, but the artistic and creative
process is anything but.Also should say a special word of thanks to…

George, for sharing his knowledge and, generosity, he had what appeared to be an endless supply of, things he was willing to pass on to us young’uns. Much appreciated!
Zoltan, for telling me off at every opportunity and clearing up the paper negative issue!

I think the first part of that is a fair enough statement… I don’t mean this in a bad way, so please don’t take offense,
but, you do have a history of saying yes to things, then changing your mind…I wouldn’t expect anyone will stop speaking to you though. (we are just going to pee in your shoes instead!)
Well… prior to this the only event I can think of is the Mournes trip… when I declared in advance that I wouldn’t be attending and paid my hostel fees in full… fair game, no?
I don’t remember committing to any other PI event? Maybe I did… and just don’t remember.
Maybe next time John. We could organize one of those walks in the RHA, looking at big, blurry prints some time, and having a few pints afterwards.
