PI Dublin & Nationwide Night Shoot Event !

Very good Stu :) added to the list,
Meeting at Customs House (Liffey side) at 7.45pm Monday 8th November, will
wait there till 8pm then move off down towards the new bridge (sorry dont know its name)
taking in the bridge, convention centre, revolver etc then crossing the Liffey and heading
in towards the New Theatre in Georges Dock. Plenty of good photo opportunities just
keeping the fingers crossed for dry weather.!Not sure if a meeting place has been selected for Cork or Donegal will leave it to Mark and
Cathal to tell you all that info. Any more takers for other locations????Pixelle wrote:

There is a car park at the IFSC, but dont know what time it is open to or rates? Also check the new convention centre/Grand Canal thretre must have some parking?

Just down from the convention centre (around 200m towards the point) along the liffey there is free parking…
I will be in Belfast city centre for an hour or so, possibly with sgt_major. So count us in, but at around 6 – 6.30 or so
DeeIn Cork, folk could meet around Brown Thomas’s. At the moment its only me and Seaview :)
I’ll confirm Sunday night/Monday if I’m still able make it as I’ve been trying without alot of luck to shake off a chest infection for 2 weeks now
so rain and cold might be too much… will see :)Anybody wishing to join the Derry/Donegal group we are meeting at the Guildhall square at 7.45 and taking it from there

DeeBrilliant Dee, you may get a few more now it has been mentioned! May be a good idea to name a meeting place too. There is a storm warning for Sunday night until Monday noon apparently the tail end of a hurricane :shock: So might be advisable to tune into the weather forecast on Sunday evening.
Great stuff Cathal, and Mark hope you are ok to get out or else poor Dave will be on his ownsome!
Hi Jenny and everybody! Great idea about the nightshoot around the docklands. I’ve also done a few of those with Dave McKane’s Institute of Photography, and in fact I’m going to the next one on the 13th of November, but I’d love to join this shoot and get to meet everybody. I’ll just have to see if I can organise somebody to stay with my kids. Hope I can make it! It’s 7.45pm at the Customs house on Monday night then?

Hi SB, Pencil me in also. Not definite (depending on how early I get finished up in the office ) but if I’m out I’ll be there
Cathal, would you mind a complete beginner to come along? I think from Bundoran, Derry would be the closest to me but will wait and see how the forecast develops.
