Just to get the ball rolling on this, I think we should aim for the 3rd – 4th October. I will need confirmation from the overnighters so I can get accomodation sorted.

The prices seem reasonable and they do food. If anyone has any other ideas please let me know. ALso can you confirm that you will be in attendance and need accomodation.

Accomodation Booked for the 3rd October for 16 people. 100 euro deposit paid.

so hopefully we will be in good shape for this.
