Firstly, I recommend Bray. The harbour is right beside the dart station and is always full of swans, ducks and cormorants . . . as well as gulls and pigeons!
Then there is Bray beach too which leads onto Bray Head which is always worth a climb and gives great views form the top. There is also Naylors Cove and The Cliff Walk which are both accessible from the beginning of the walk up Bray Head.
I also recommend Killiney Hill, great panoramic views from Bray Head all the way around to Dubin Bay too . .
