But… you question is confusing… one would assume you are talking about the B+W 110 filter which isn’t a Circular Polarizer and is a 10 Stop ND filter.
mmm… AFAIK B+W is the brand, like Hoya.

since I tried a polarizer from Podge & MadraRua last weekend, I am convinced in buying one myself.
