POP-UP Exhibition Background

Hi Guys,
I need your comments please to see what you think about Pop-up Exhibition Stand as a background for photographing groups/family etc.,..

As you know load of Companies use Pop-Up’s (Large ones) to display the branding & I was thinking would that be suitable to use as Photography Background/Backdrops easy enough to display & when I take pictures using the Branded Stands at exhibitions the pictures look good…

What is your thinking from your experience?
Do anyone use this as there backdrop for business/family pictures ?
