Was the vignette created in photoshop? If not, how did you light the background?

Thanks John.
A small bit was added in LR just to emphasise it a bit more.
The lighting set was a strip light softbox on the right at an angle to her and a california sunbounces on the left.

Sorry, I removed the image.. I wasn’t happy with it… Threw me toys out of the pram.
