Possible dummy site???????

i have resenty ordered a canon 580 ex ii and defuser from a company simple electronics for a freat price of €385. i ordered on the 13th of this month and everything seemed great with free delivery and a waiting time of 3-6 days for delivery. it is now 10 goin on 11 days later and still no flash.
i have tried ringing there dublin number but i have yet to get through all day. with been put on hold or been disconnected
i think im after been had,
did anyone ever hear of them r have dealings with them

hopefully i just got through they said it will be dispatched this week. still worried so i cancelled my card in case im after throwing away enough
the flash arrived today only 8 days late, i will never buy off this company again and id advise others the same
I would always be a little wary of a site that does not publish its physical address……
I don’t understand what the problem is. Everyone that has ever used this site seems to have received the item they bought. The only problem has been the length of time the deliver took. Or am I missing something ?
Google them and you will soon realise that everything is not delivered…I know of one lad here in Waterford Camera Club that ordered a Sony 700 from them plus lenses last year at a price of €2700 and to this day he is still waiting for delivery…luckily he got his money back through his credit card company and I know of two other cases where stuff was’nt sent….and thats the problem….seemingly they will send smaller bits and pieces but anything big just never arrives and they are getting away with it for years.
not every one has reived there oder.
even down to the emails they send is not professional for an international company.
