Super shots, must have been near impossible to get these. Those guys literally fly!!!
Second one is my favourite, the drivers look very relaxed where most of us would be crappin ourselves.

Thank you for commenting Andy. They were not to difficult to capture. Manual focus with a Nikkor 400mm F2.8 and a 1.4 tele-converter attached to a Nikon D1x.

Very nice shots Jim, number two would be my favourite, great timing to catch so much of the boat out of the water. I’m very impressed that these where manually focused.

Thanks Dave, I am starting to really get hang of doing everything manually. We have a Big Air power show this coming weekend. I am now a moderater for our local Newspapers photo site (dailypress2.com) and have organized two photo walks for this event. I hope to be able to post some good shots from it. F-22’s, F-15’s etc.
