Printing Specifications Question

Hi, I am getting some work printed in a magazine and the specs for the images to be sent are as follows:

Always jpg format
Cover is 27cm wide by 31cm high
With bleed – width 32 x 21-22
Without bleed 27cm by 18-20cm
at 300dpi.

I just wanted to double check what size should I make my images? I usually resize to 8 x 12 at 300 dpi, but do I just need to input the above figures into image resize? With bleed or without?

Send with bleed margin in mind. ie you’d need: 32x22cm 300dpi which is a tad bigger than 8×12. Check with them if in doubt.
