For me its a little bit boring as there is no real focal point in the image nothing happening or nothing to catche the eye.
However exposure wise and the b+w conversion are impeccable.
I think if you reworked the composure and waited for someone pass by it would be a lot more interesting
I really struggle with shots with people in, I was actually waiting for everyone to go away! In the end I settled for someone walking across all the converging lines
Personally, I’m taking more shots with people in deliberately. They often add a dynamic or contrasting aspect to an otherwise still picture. Shots of buildings or landscapes can be very monotonous unless there is some other factor at play (e.g. geometry, reflections, colour, etc.). IMO I think this shot is better with the people in. You could consider a square crop of the top portion to focus in on the man and child and exclude the nearer bench. I personally would be proud of this.
