Not sure if that is the right section to post. Was inspired by the photo of another PI member, he said he didn’t mind :)
C&C welcome
steelydanParticipantI think this is great. Details in the feathers are excellent and not blown out at all.Different angle of an everyday photographed subject. I do like it a lot
RayK1MemberNicely done Rima, you’ve captured the ‘Angels Wing’ very well  . Have you cropped this shot?
RobMemberLovely. Very unexpected image. Lots of lovely
feather detail. I imagine this would convert nicely too…Rob.
RimaMemberThank you all for comments, guys, glad you like it.
Rob, thanks, i will try the convertion.
As I’ve mentioned before – I can’t take all the credit as it wasn’t original idea at all, saw the work of another member and wanted to try do something alike myself. That’s right, Ray, inspired by “Wings of an Angel” :) You could see this photo here http://www.flickr.com/photos/16956048N08/2171316835/in/set-72157602785472287/
Thank you again for comments, guys, they are greatly appreciatedlousyParticipantMost unusual, and lovely feather detail. Not a wall hanger (for me anyway ) but great to see and thanks for sharing.
PatAlan RossiterParticipantGreat image there Rima and as has been mentioned the detail and well preserved highlights are commendable. So commendable in fact that I want to see the whole chicken!
And an “original idea” that has been copied isn’t a criminal offence. Otherwise you’d only ever see one image of the lion in the zoo, one image of Hook Head and JB7 would have only graced our screens many moons ago. I prefer to call it inspiration.
Alan.
RimaMemberPat, Alan, thank you for comments.
“Otherwise you’d only ever see one image of Hook Head and JB7 would have only graced our screens many moons ago” – you are right, Alan, that really would be a shame
