I have no idea what is the name of this plant, I am sorry. I went out to Wicklow to continue a project of mine whereby I use flash and a wide angle lens to take some decorative forest images (see the nature section for the images), and while I was walking around I had to stop at this little beauty. The woods are full of it and they look brilliant up close. When I resized the image, it increased the contrast, is it because I have chosen the bicubic sharpen method? Any ideas for improvement very welcome.
Nikon D200, Nikkor 105/2 dc, 32mm Kenko extension, iso 200, f/8, 1/125, flash mounted on the camera.
Thank you for looking up the name. As for the colour, I remember on a very soft, very subtle colour, maybe even a bit darker than on the photo. I really don’t like to add contrast and saturation, but I will have another look. Thank you, Pixelle!
