I like the idea of this image. I think thats its a bit dark. I would add a levels layer and increase whiteness of background and also brighten the image. Maybe add a high pass filter to give it a little edge

BTW, shadows work nicely. I would try and lose the the foreground pattern of whatever you shot them on though.
Mark.Thanks folks, Mark I was using a light box, my macro lens must be good it
picked up the weave of the nylon :shock: Found it easier to catch them in
the enclosed space….haha!I actually didn’t notice that Jenny! I made a lightbox yesterday so I’ll be trying it out soon :)

They are really handy, no external lighting was used, just a ring flash, but I probably would have got better
results if I had externally lit it, it was only about £12 from 7dayshop and is really well made too, I dont think
I would have made one for that money. Look forward to seeing your results!
