Was out an about around the Samuel Beckett bridge on Saturday between 4.30 and 6.00, (It was bloody Freezing :) ) trying out my new D7000 so I got these and HDR’d them. Also have Mono versions of the HDR too. They have received a very favourable response on all other Photography forums I posted to such as Flickr, 500x and a PS & LR group on FB.

Lovely set of images – especially like the cloud formation in No.2 over the back of the buildings.

The only critique I would have and it’s minor at best is a little over sharpening although that could be as a result of the HDR process. Minor thing really.

Nice set and well worth standing out in the cold for :)

Really love the clarity in the 2st b&w one. Flow of the river draws you right into the imge, and the processing works. Processing on the rest feels a little overcooked for me, works in the 2nd b&w one though.

Did you “paint” in some effects/processing on the sky as in the 2nd b&w one i think it looks like a brush stroke in the sky just above the bridge, following the line of the prow of the bridge.
