Quick update..

Well its been about 6 months since i have been on and there is a good reason for that!
I have taken a couple of courses in business managment and been working round the clock with all things related to getting my business up and running from marketing to tax.
I am opening a studio and gallery in coleraine this summer if all continues to go as planned, and will be working full time as a photographer at long last.
Just trying to decide between premises and weather to go for the center of town or the outskirts, my research shows benifts for both and its pretty much even when you look at the pro’s/con’s but still undecided.
Been working towards this for the past 6/8 months and have a few more to do yet before i open up but i will keep ya’s updated.Ricky.
Good luck with it mate! I’d love to operate out of a gallery premises, but it would be complete waste of money for my purposes! Best of luck!
Cheers mate ;) it will only be about 20% of the premises used for display as i still have the two shops to sell the landscape prints from.

I’d guess there must be 50 punters on here who have dreamt of doing this, me being one of them, still have a dream of it mind.

Thanks Brian, yea i will beworking as a portrait photographer also doing weddings, events track days and my landcapes lol just as much as i can fit in. Also considering studio hire !
Well the gallery and studio are now open for business.
Feel free to stop in and say hello, still building up a bit of stock but its getting there.
Still working on the studio hire, maybe do something in a few months. I ended up going with the new 500R Bowens system, 1 Infinty cone and a multi 9′ paper drop system.

Its on Railway Rd Coleraine, more or less center of the town. Am just passed subway before the traffic lights.
