That’s a great one. I think the bubbles, and the density of them, go well with the bright colours of the fruit, thus great contrast between them. Lucky (?) with the composition as well ;)
To be honest, grapes are probably the easiest of all the foodstuffs I have tried. They hit the water and generate loads of bubbles but they slow down on their way to the bottom of the tank so you have an extra second to press the shutter release so you have an idea of how the photo is going to turn out.
With other stuff like chillis, Lemon, Limes etc you have a lot less time to press the shutter at the right time to get a decent shot so theres more “luck” involved in those ones.
Its been quite an enlightening experience…..for example I did not know before I embarked on this exercise that Lemons floated whilst Limes sank…….did you ??? :) :)
