    Hi Stephen,

    Welcome to PI!

Nice set of images, the first two are almost abstract like with the reflections.

I like #1 although the extreme left and right are a little too dark.

#3 is nice also you got some good light. were you using a polarising filter on the 17-40
it seems possibly the filter does’nt work well the 17 wide end ??

the polarised sky isnt even across.

    nice set.

Thanks for comments guys. Top shot is too dark and I must admit I did not spend enough time with it. Will post redit soon. With regards to bottom shot polarizer works fine. problem is due to fact that the shot is actually nine shot stitch and sun was out to left of scene. Once again I will post redit soon.

Thanks for critique guys, take it easy.

All lovely shots, but the sky in each of them is lacking. The sky in the first two is just too pale, a little processing on the sky should fix that thou. And there’s something mad going on in the sky in the 3rd one. There’s an intense vivid blue section of sky in the middle of the shot. I presume it’s a stitched pano and the blue has been saturated a little too much for some reason.

    That aside three good shots.

    thanks brian

you are bang on with your comments. laziness is the cause i’m afraid. i’ll repost asap. the pano is going to be a problem as the sky was blown left and right of scene but i’ll try and fix it up.

like your site by the way, some nice shots.

    cheers

    ste c
