Red Bike

I found this bike in the city centre of Rotterdam a couple of weeks ago. I thought it would look good on a B&W background.
Great shot, how do you get a black and white background and still keep the bike red :?

I like the idea, but the handlebars and seat of the bike blend too much into the background for me.
I like bikes, me. And I like those cool city cruisers. The real ones. Like in Amsterdam, and Copenhagen and the other real beach cruisers in California.
The red on B & W is a great idea. And it looks like you’ve executed it cleanly. Do you think you could manipulate the tone on the front rack to match the rest of the frame? (things liike that really shouldn’t bother me…)
Same as anitfuse though, the bars and seat blend into the background a little too much.
The front wheel is at a funny angle, and it kind of plays tricks with your eyes and the fender kind of melds into the downtube.
Perhaps clone out the wheel that’s creeping into the frame on the left.
I think the reason that those minor things are noticeable is because the image is so close to really working. Great work, though.
