This is a used, Bronica medium format ETR power winder, in good condition. I have no means of testing this, but from its appearance I feel there should be no problems.
There are a few minor wear marks on the outside and the battery compartment is clean, except for some discolouration of one of the terminals.Feel free to ask any questions.
