    Hi, this is my first time i used the slowshutterspeed with my tripod.What do you think?

    I think that is a nice shutter speed you picked, just slow enough to show the force of the water without turning it to mist. However I feel your photo’s could be sharper, maybe your tripod was not sturdy enough for the longer exposure?

    Yeah, my tripod is pretty light and i had it standing on moss and stones. Thanks:)

    The plant and branch in the foreground are a distraction, leading the eye away from the water.

    It’s a well-chosen site, must be great for experimenting with different speeds etc.
    And for revisiting when there’s more/less flow.
    Good composition.

    Yes the River is in a forest so it will be allways kind of dark there but depending on the weather different flows.I just need to practice a bit more:)
