Nice conversion but i dont think the bridge is perfectly horizontal and the tops of some buildings are to dark, maybe a bit more time needed blending the exposures ?
Great work on the sky but as has been said a little more work on the buildings to save them would really help. Very unusual perspective of Dublin.

Is it HDR? There are some oddities like the car transporter on the left and some strange looking birds
That looks well overdone to me-
in particular, the brightness of the buses compared to the darkness of the sky-
and the reflection doesn’t relate to the sky either-I don’t mind HDR when it helps me to see something that would be difficult otherwise,
but this is like HDR for HDR’s sake-
you’re usually not too stuck for range on a day like that-Of course, this is only my opinion-

I like what you’ve done here, I like the dramatic sky, it makes the shot in my opinion.
