A teeny weeny bit less on the exposure and it would have been perfect. If you have it in RAW that can be sorted :)

    Hi Roberto

I?ve visited your website and was very impressed with many of your photos. Nice work indeed. I don?t dislike this image, but wouldn?t regard it as quite as strong as many other images I saw on your site.

I?ve seen the Rock of Cashel at night several times. It is impressive and this image captures it well.

I think that the thing that might make the difference is the blue sky. As photographers we know that a long exposure at night will produce a blue sky. But all our lives our eye thought the night sky was black. Might sound daft, but I think that a darker, near-black sky would help this night shot ? or perhaps even a conversion to greyscale.

    Just my ?0.02, of course.

Thanks Valentia and Bertie for your comments and compliments.
Yes the blue sky in night is not natural for our eyes. I would play with the colour of the sky. I havn’t got photoshop, only the elements and paintshop pro as well as photoplus. These programs are not very good for editing only one part of the picture without noticing the changes (or I am not good enough for it).
