Rocks on the shore of Koh Samui

Nice colour captured, but I think you could afford to crop off some of the foreground as the colour drags the eye in . The rocks also look a little on the soft side.
Thanks a lot for the feedback, although I really don’t think I can afford to crop this pic anymore as I already got rid of the sand in the foreground that I found a little distracting. I think the rocks are in focus but you might be right in that they could do with brightening up a little. Perhaps this picture is a little better that was taken a little later in the evening from the same spot.
i like the 2nd one a lot more. The patterns of clouds in the sky are nicer, more uniform, and the forground does not intrude as much. Plus the foreground rocks are pointing to the rocks in the distance leading you into the shot somewhat. good job.
Yes, my vote goes to the second one, so serene.
I might crop the sand in the foreground, or smooth it out.
Does the horizon need a little flattening?
