Rose – High Key

I don’t normally take high key images as I don’t have proper studio lighting to achieve it but I managed to shoot this rose in blazing sunshine yesterday. A white reflector helped to eliminate most of the shadows as well and I was actually surprised that I managed to hold it from blowing out. I know it’s possibly not everyone’s cup ‘o’ tea but would love to know if it works on any level.

I think that looks so fragile that you would be afraid to touch it!
Beautiful.Thats ready to print and mount. Very nice. Would never have thought of doing a high key macro
