Really nice, the colours are awesome and detail looks really sharp. Very hard to pick a winner.

Dessie, anytime in the next three to four weeks should be good, they should start feeding their young soon. Your setup would be more than adequate. I was out a few years ago, its a great trip, midweek would be best as it would be quite.

    Hi John,
The boat usually goes most days I think at approx 1030/1100 and returns about 1600/1700 ….Price is €25 per person….Advisable to ring Declan Bates to book your place 057-2529736

    Cheers.

Great shots! Would a 70-200mm be long enough to get some decent close ups? I’m heading down on Saturday but 200mm is as long as I can go :(

Thanks guys…..Early July should be ok but not 100% sure….Alot of the birds just up and leave I hear…..Although I think everything is a bit behind this year……..Alot of the puffins landed within 20 feet of us so 200mm should be ok……it’s perfect for the gannets.
