Been messing around with a few still life shots to try and get something for poty comp
Here is one that I didn’t use (thankfully)

I don’t think the black background works against the pencil and sharpener.
Maybe an old wooden desk or a wooden workbench would have been a nice background to this. Items are spread out a bit(looks too set up,if you know what i mean), would have been better to just throw them on the table and see where they land and include more shavings from the pencil. lol
