not sure about hdr…
this looks like a good spot for dramatic sky and long expo… giving you that sens of structure that passed the test of time…

I like the picture. The composition is nice. Would be worth going back and shooting the same composition in better light i.e morning or evening

While your picture is nice and well composed, my problem with it is that none of it appears to be in focus.

there looks to be a blue halo around the tower, middle tower looks like it has a slight shift to the right.
rock in foreground could do without, use path to the left as a leading line.
